An Anne Arundel County Circuit Court judge struck down the tax for violating the First Amendment, the Internet Tax Freedom Act, and the Dormant Commerce Clause. 

“He took from us five beautiful people,” said Judge Michael Wachs before sentencing Jarrod Ramos to more than 340 years in prison.
