Casa Ruby Owes Creditors Millions And ‘Should Be Dissolved,’ Says Court-Appointed Receiver
A court-appointed auditor of the LGBTQ+ organization determined that Casa Ruby owes creditors more than $2 million dollars and left rented properties in disarray.
The online delivery platform must pay the city $1.8 million in settlement money to resolve claims of charging deceptive service fees, and roughly $739,000 in back taxes.
