There are numerous names for them: Rocky Mountain oysters, prairie oysters, calf fries, cowboy caviar, dusted nuts, swinging beef, Montana tendergroins. Or, more simply, deep fried calves’ testicles. No matter what you call ’em, you can get your fill at the Montana State Society is hosting their 7th Annual Testicle Festival this Saturday starting at 6 p.m. at the Arlington American Legion. It’s certainly an event ripe for “that’s what she said” jokes.
