Lowe’s Settles on Site for First D.C. Store
Lowe’s may well be opening its first D.C. store next year.
Wal-Mart has announced that it only plans on opening one store in 2013, pushing back plans for the five remaining stores it has planned for D.C.

It’s official. Target Corp. is planning to anchor the massive urban retail complex that has been long talked about for Columbia Heights.
