Racine’s Office Wants To Seal Arrest Records On Behalf Of People Who Violated Protest Curfew
The Attorney General’s office will not prosecute 220 individuals charged with breaking curfew during Black Lives Matter protests last June.
The church’s rector also says two Black Lives Matter banners have been stolen from the front of their church in four months.
The lawsuit calls the events last month “coordinated and clear acts of trespass, theft, and destruction of property.”
Enrique Tarrio, the chairman of the group, claimed responsibility for the act, which authorities are investigating as a potential hate crime.
