Morning Roundup: Boy Scouts Everywhere Edition
The city has in recent days been particularly crowded by troops of Boy Scouts in full uniform, as pictured by brownpau at right. Bearing merit badges celebrating everything from fishing to cinematography, agribusiness to dog care, more than 40,000 Boy Scouts from around the country arrived in the area to celebrate the 10-day National Scout Jamboree in Bowling Green, Va., near Fredricksburg.
