We mentioned it in this morning’s Roundup, but a helpful tipster just sent over the official complaint made in D.C. Superior Court yesterday against Brandon Miller, who was arrested and charged with murder after Tuesday’s shooting on U Street. The complaint includes the police narrative of the incident. In the narrative, Miller claims that he gave a ride to two men, who he only knew by first name, to the intersection of 13th and U Streets NW on Tuesday. After dropping the two men off, Miller told police that he heard gunshots, and that the two men got back in the car — at that point, Miller said he sped off and dropped the two men back at his house.
