More than 1,500 people called for the Yards Park Friday night concert series to continue allowing outside alcohol inside.

Last summer, DCist enjoyed a sailing lesson from DC Sail, the city’s nonprofit community sailing center operated by the National Maritime Heritage Foundation (NMHF).
