Metro To Install More Security Cameras
Better perfect that smile: Metro announced this morning that they’ve won a $2.8 million grant which will be used to install 153 “very high quality color” surveillance cameras at the entrances to Metro stations, reports the Examiner. According to Metro Transit Police Chief Michael Taborn, “most” of the system’s stations will be covered by the new cameras, and they will be installed over the next six months.

Md. Police Spied on Freedom-Hating Puppy Killers
…oh wait, they actually just spied on peaceful anti-war and anti-death penalty activists. The Post is reporting today that the Maryland State Police actively infiltrated meetings and demonstrations held by war and death penalty protesters during the administration of Gov. Robert Ehrlich (R).
