The National Zoo Just Got A Delivery Of Cheetah Milk
They’ll use it to make more milk for cheetahs who can’t feed from their mother.
12 cheetah cubs were born at the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute between March 23-28, and 10 of them survived.

U.S. Olympic sprinters Carmelita Jeter and Justin Gatlin will be at the National Zoo this week to meet the cheetah cubs that were named after them.
The National Zoo’s three-month-old cheetah cubs finally moved into their new digs at the zoo’s Cheetah Conservation Station and made their public debut today. They don’t have names yet, but they will after the 100-meter dash at the Summer Olympics.
The National Zoo’s pair of cheetah cubs born in April are making their long-awaited public debut tomorrow.
Since we last checked up on them, the National Zoo’s cheetah cubs have grown. They’re a little bigger, but we’ll be damned if they still aren’t the cutest little future killing machines we’ve ever seen.
