DC Is Distributing More Housing Vouchers To Youth Aging Out Of Foster Care, Thanks To Recent Reforms
Young people exiting foster care are at a high risk of homelessness. These Family Unification Vouchers are federally funded, but for years the District only used approximately 80% of its allotment.
The centers will offer services to help families deal with trauma, housing, employment, and other issues.

Sharlynn Bobo, Former CFSA Head, Dies at 61
The Post has a story up about the death of Sharlynn Bobo, the former director of the D.C. Child and Family Services Agency who resigned last year in the wake of the Banita Jacks case.
