Chompie the shark isn’t only in Silver Spring—he can also be found trolling the waters of the Chesapeake Bay.

Obviously, local quartet Shark Week is releasing their EP as Chompie is making his appearance on the Discovery Channel’s building in SIlver Spring. We talked to front man Ryan Mitchell for this week’s Three Stars.

Shark Week, that annual celebration of selachimorphae, is marking its 25th anniversary. And to commemorate that milestone, Discovery Communications’ headquarters in Silver Spring will once again be adorned with a giant, inflatable shark.
