Instead of the traditional outdoor music festival in a D.C. park, the city will stream a tribute concert.

They initially okay-ed the event, but now are worried about the number of people who plan to attend.

D.C. Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton wants August 22 to be known as “Chuck Brown Day.”
