Maryland Voters Support Same-Sex Unions
Towleroad tipped us off to a Baltimore Sun poll that shows a majority of Maryland voters support same-sex unions in some form. Same-sex marriage is currently illegal in Maryland and it was only a week ago that the state defined domestic partnership, which applies to both gay and straight couples.
