The semester will still begin August 31, but classes will be held online for the first two weeks at least due to the ongoing pandemic. On-campus students are asked to stay inside as much as possible.

Designed and introduced by Councilmember David Catania (I-At Large), the D.C. Promise Establishment Act of 2013 would provide up to $7,500 a year to a high school graduate for college depending on their family’s income level.
