Arts Agenda: Travels with Gulliver, Hiroshige and Others

>> The artists’ collaborative KIOSKdc — including Karen Joan Topping, Ian Jehle, Alan Callander and “Dirtfarm” cartoonist Ben Claassen III — open “Traveling with Gulliver” at the District of Columbia Arts Center this Friday.
