Rep. Trent Franks (R-Ariz.) has recently gotten up in D.C.’s business, proposing a bill that would prohibit abortions in the city after 20 weeks. Given his newfound concern for what happens here, D.C. voting rights advocacy organization DC Vote is pushing residents to show up at his office tomorrow from noon to 1:30 p.m. to complain about, well, just about anything else.
