The principal of Coolidge High School in Northwest D.C. has been charged with simple assault for allegedly participating in a fight outside of a high school football game.

One person was shot and wounded Wednesday afternoon in the vicinity of Coolidge High School, D.C. police said.

According to U.S. News & World Report, Fairfax and Montgomery counties have very good schools, and only two of D.C.’s schools are worth attending.
