Last night was the D.C. Craft Bartender’s Guild’s Rickey Party at Bourbon, where 10 local bartenders put on a show based around the Gin Rickey. The drinks were served in stages throughout the night. Central bar manager Justin Guthrie’s Black Pepper Gin Rickey took both the judges’ vote and voters’ favorite. The recently convened D.C.
