The Attorney General’s office will not prosecute 220 individuals charged with breaking curfew during Black Lives Matter protests last June.

The District will enforce a curfew for the fourth consecutive night on Wednesday, beginning at 11 p.m. and lasting until 6 a.m. on Thursday.
