The most significant change was relocating the Ward 6 site.

A revised plan would buy the property for new shelters in Wards 1 and 4, and move the proposed sites in Ward 3, 5, and 6 to city-owned land.
For every 1,000 people in D.C., 12 of them are homeless.
This two-day search is taking place at the National Arboretum.
