American Ring Cycle Continues

DCist Goes to the Opera

On Saturday night, Washington National Opera unveiled the first installment, Das Rheingold, of its new staging of Richard Wagner’s operatic tetralogy Der Ring des Nibelungen at the Kennedy Center Opera House.
