A D.C. man who declawed his two kittens at home was sentenced to 180 days in jail today, but that portion of his sentence was suspended. He will spend 180 days in a halfway house, though.

A D.C. man was arrested on Saturday and charged with two counts of felony animal cruelty for declawing two eight-week-old cats in his own home.
