The District’s reputation as “Chocolate City” is still intact, but only barely, according to figures released today by the U.S. Census Bureau.
Over the next decade, residents of wards 1 and 2 are going to be real busy procreating, producing kids at a level higher than any other part of the city.

Will Majority-Black D.C. Be History in 2014?
