Round two of DC Rollergirls‘ season seven is done and dusted with no big surprises. The Movember bout saw Scare Force One ease past the Bombshells while the Majority Whips edged out the DemonCats.

Scare Force One continue their winning ways over the DC DemonCats, while the Cherry Blossom Bombshells broke an extended losing streak at the expense of new kids the Majority Whips.

D.C. (#11 East seed) and Carolina (#7 East seed) faced off Saturday at the Dulles Sportsplex for their second match-up in four months — Carolina won a 97-92 nail-biter in February. D.C. had high hopes for a reversal of fortunes, but resignations and injury had dealt hefty blows to D.C.’s roster in the intervening months — instead, the bout turned into the largest defeat D.C. has suffered this season.
