The D.C. Open Government Coalition has sued the D.C. Council over legislators’ practice of using personal email accounts for official business.
Yesterday afternoon, the D.C. Council was prepared to vote on an amendment that would have legislated how much Uber can charge. Eighteen hours and tens of thousands of emails later, the measure was shelved.
