Southern Poverty Law Center to File Lawsuit Over Mailers That Doctored Gay Couple’s Wedding Photos
The Southern Poverty Law Center is going forward with plans to Public Advocate of the United States over a direct-mail campaign that sent Colorado voters a doctored version of a New York gay couple’s engagement photo.
Loudoun County Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio is facing potential legal action after his group, Public Advocate of the United States, used a New Jersey gay couple’s engagement photo in a direct-mail campaign against a Colorado legislator.
It was about one week ago when we read with jaws agape as Eugene Delgaudio — Loudoun County Board of Supervisors representative and proponent of the idea that TSA pat downs are part of a radical “homosexual agenda” involving many a “practicing homosexual secretly getting pleasure from your submission” — wrote but the latest chapter in a long personal history of verbal attacks on homosexuals and homosexuality. But according to Delgaudio, it’s the rest of us who have the problem, not him.
Loudoun County Board of Supervisors representative Eugene Delgaudio is angry about the TSA pat downs that were all the rage in the media during the busy Thanksgiving travel season. But it’s not because he finds the pat-downs unconstitutional, or generally objects to America going too far in its dogged attempts to prevent terrorism. Nah, Delgaudio doesn’t like the new TSA security procedures because he claims they are part of a wide-scale “homosexual agenda.”
