Second D.C. Employee Arrested in OCTO Case
The Post reported earlier that a second D.C. government employee has been arrested in the ongoing federal bribery and embezzlement case involving the D.C. Office of the Chief Technology Officer. Farruk Awan, 37, was arrested this morning on charges of conspiring to commit bribery and launder money.
