Montgomery County fire and Rockville city police units responded to a report of a burning American flag in the parking lot of Mattie Stepanek Park at about 6:40 a.m. Saturday morning. According to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue, Fire & Explosives investigators found the still burning large flag, along with a unique brand of ignitable liquid.
