D.C. police are looking for five men who broke into the Francis A. Gregory Neighborhood Library last week and made off with six computer monitors.

D.C.’s Chief Librarian Ginnie Cooper is overseeing a massive rebuilding of many of the city’s neighborhood libraries, replacing old buildings with architecturally significant new structures.
