Andrew Spencer Goldman, the man behind Fulton Lights, has a long-standing relationship with the District, despite never really setting his roots anywhere. During his absence from the District, he started recording Fulton Lights records, and his sprawling, textured works gained critical acclaim from everyone, locally and nationally. However, for his newest EP, simply titled 3 Songs, he picks up the tempo before applying the reverb.
