Nevada-based Polymer80 sold gun parts and kits that lack serial numbers, better known to law enforcement officials as untraceable “ghost guns.”

Three D.C. residents say that the city’s law on “ghost guns” is vague and overbroad, potentially ensnaring otherwise legal guns and gun owners.

The suit accuses Polymer80 of misleading customers into believing their firearms are legal in the District.
