D.C. chef José Andrés—along with the help of several celebrity friends—actually gave a pretty rousing commencement speech at GWU this weekend.
D.C. ranks last in the nation in high school graduation rates, though it’s usually unfair to compare the all-urban D.C. school system to those of the 50 states.
