Norton to D.C. Architects: You’re No Good
D.C. Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton doesn’t think too highly of some of the city’s architecture, she said at a congressional hearing yesterday.
At a congressional hearing tomorrow, D.C. Director of Planning Harriet Tregoning will ask that the 1910 Height Act be amended so that buildings can more flexibly use their rooftops.
