Maryland Allows In-Person Visits At Nursing Homes, Increases Capacity At Child Care Centers
Hogan announced the state is allowing indoor visitation at nursing homes where no new cases have been reported in 14 days, and child care centers can return to full teacher-to-child ratios and capacities.
“Some of the county school boards have not even attempted to develop any safe reopening plans, which would bring any kids back for any form of in-person instruction,” Hogan said. “This is simply unacceptable.”
Purple Line Transit Partners said in a letter on Tuesday that they intend to “fully comply” with the judge’s orders.
Retail stores, manufacturers, barbershops, and religious services can resume business Friday at 5 p.m.
