Fairfax County Police say 72-year-old Joe Edwin Honesty of Alexandria reported a bomb threat at the courthouse Wednesday morning.

The test of integrity was conducted by leaving Honest Teas out at an unmanned kiosk and requesting $1 per bottle using the honor system. Out of 50 states and one should-be state, D.C. came in dead last, with just 80 percent of participants paying for the drink.
