Spain Honors DC Restaurateur José Andrés

D.C. Council Clowns Around This Morning
During the day, I watch a lot of Channel 13’s D.C. Council feed. Most of the time, it’s routine viewing — hearings, testimony, that kind of thing. So when a woman sporting a three-foot tall balloon hat accepted a proclamation from Ward 3 Councilmember Mary Cheh this morning, well, I felt the need to record it for posterity’s sake.
