The Howard Bison Are Playing In The Men’s NCAA Tournament For The First Time Since 1992
The Howard Bison clinched their berth in the NCAA tournament on Saturday with a dramatic win in the MEAC championship against rivals Norfolk State by a score of 65 to 64.
Last night’s win gives the team its first outright regular season conference title since 1987. The Bison head into their conference tournament as the top seed.

The Bison’s swim program nearly folded, but thanks to Coach Nicholas Askew, the team has roared back to life.
Included among lives Sevilla touched were a D.C. couple for whom she helped raise over $40,000 to find a place to rent in 2019.
