Most Schools to Open Tomorrow, Skip Meteorology 101

Looks like schools, for those that already have opened for the new school year, will be in session come Monday. According to WeLoveDC, Council Member Harry Thomas Jr. has stated that D.C. schools will open tomorrow where facilities have power. Singing in the Rain OK, Mayor Squashes Rumors of Curfew
