Truck Overturns on I-295; School Bus Involved in Separate Crash

We have two separate traffic situations unfolding in Southeast D.C. this afternoon. First, according to Dr. Gridlock and a D.C. Alert email, a dump truck apparently overturned on northbound I-295 in the vicinity of Exit 1 adjacent to the Blue Plains Water Treatment Plant and D.C. Village.
