Expect Street Closures in Foggy Bottom for Meetings that No One Bothers to Protest Anymore
The IMF and World Bank meetings are taking place again this weekend, which can only mean one things—totally unnecessary street closures!
While ex-IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn may have been somewhat vindicated when the charges against him for sexually assaulting a hotel maid in New York were dropped, he’s again in hot water in France for allegedly participating in sex parties — some of which took place in the District.

Two Arrested During Weekend’s World Bank Protests
Two people were arrested over the weekend during demonstrations coinciding with the spring meetings of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank.
