Two D.C. legislators want to make it easier for pop-up retailers and restaurateurs to set up shop and use industrial land for their purposes.

What seemed like an innocent post on a coming Chick-fil-A food truck turned into a full-blown verbal battle with a local restaurateur yesterday on whether politics and food should mix.
