Jane Fonda spent her 82nd birthday in jail in D.C. Now she’s back protesting for climate action, and against fossil fuel development.

This is the actress’ last Fire Drill Friday in D.C., but she plans to continue the protests in Los Angeles.

Fonda is apparently worried that if she keeps getting arrested, she could have to serve 90 days in jail, interrupting her Grace & Frankie filming schedule.

By mid-January of next year, Jane Fonda will have been arrested on the steps of the Capitol at least 14 times.
