When The New Gay folded, we were especially sad to see the end of the Song of the Day column. We liked getting quick peeks at new music so that we’d have a better gauge on whether upcoming shows were worth our time. As such, we’ve asked The New Gay’s former music editor, Rohan Mahadevan to revive the column with DCist.
