Latino And African American Activists Say It’s ‘Way Too Early’ To Reopen Virginia

As cases of COVID-19 rise among Virginia’s Latino and African American population, activists say Northam’s plan to partially reopen the economy next week puts them at risk. One NAACP leader says, “We’re sacrificing black and brown people to see if we can stimulate the economy.”
