A House Oversight panel investigating whether Occupy D.C. is staying in McPherson Square illegally asked the head of the National Park Service several times to clarify the difference between a campsite and a vigil.

At a congressional hearing this morning on Occupy D.C., federal and D.C. officials are expressing differing opinions on whether or not the McPherson Square encampment should be allowed to remain.
