The mayor says “there is no indication that District government agencies or staff failed to fulfill their duties.”

“The male in the video has been interviewed and has cooperated with the investigation. However, the Metropolitan Police Department still has not learned any new information as to the whereabouts of Relisha Rudd who was last seen on March 1, 2014.”

Police want to speak with him.

“We hope she’s still alive.”

When asked if Relisha could still be alive, Lanier said it was possible. “All possibilities are still open,” she said.

Tatum is suspected in the abduction of missing eight-year-old Relisha Rudd.
