The Post has got some intimate details on why a candidate for the Ward 7 seat on the D.C. Council was arrested in December, while the City Paper went ahead and Xtranormalized it.

According to both the Post and City Paper, Ward 7 D.C. Council hopeful Kevin Chavous, Jr. was arrested late last week for allegedly soliciting a prostitute.
