We’ve got another playoff-bound team! For the first time in five years, D.C. United will be playing in the post-season, clinching a spot after defeating the Columbus Crew at RFK last night.

Faced with a season-ending injury to its captain and rapidly fading playoff hopes, D.C. United did what it had to do on Saturday evening, relying on an unlikely goal-scorer and some stellar goalkeeping to grind out a 2-1 victory over the visiting New England Revolution.
