The suspect stole about $25,000 from Roha Liquor on New Year’s Day.

A federal grand jury has charged two MPD officers with taking at least $10,000 to protect Van Ness liquor store Calvert Woodley. Following a 2006 robbery, Malcolm Rhinehart and Abraham Evans are charged with accepting approximately $25 a night, for two years, to protect the liquor store while on duty.
